Our rental rates are fully inclusive of Tourist Tax (Taxe Sejour = .80 cents per person over 18 years of age, per night), linen, electricity, gas, water and heating:

Rentals run from mid February to end of December, Saturday to Saturday, with some flexibility (check in 3pm/check out 11am)

Minimum stay = 2 nights. There is a supplement of £10/€10 for one night.

Deposit: 25% at time of booking

Payment of balance: 8 weeks before date of arrival

Security deposit: 100€ or £100 due 8 weeks before date of arrival (please refer to booking form/terms and conditions)

Services : Weekly linen change (including tea towels) Gite clean on departure.
